Create a profile. Specify your qualifications and undergo Lapapoe vetting procedures.

Link your calendar, state your services and allow families to book directly.  Accept the clients that match your services.

Fulfill the role as agreed between you and the family and accept payment

Lapapoe works to build a community of caregivers and partners. All parties are vetted and checked to ensure safety for the whole community. 

After confirmation and entry to the platform, Lapapoe Partners can create a profile and select the clients that they are able to work with. Confirmation and acceptance can be subject to completing required training and orientation, along with proof of qualifications. This can vary depending on whether Lapapoe Partners are individuals or agencies. 

Contracts are agreed between Lapapoe Partners and Caregivers. Lapapoe serves as an intermediary. 

Caregivers are able to add Lapapoe Partners to their tribe for future work. 

Lapapoe Partners charge depending on their status.

Agencies, companies and organizations set their own rates.

Individuals are paid based on qualifications and experience.
